Game is off my screen

Post by worr »

If I have three unites stacked I cannot click the bottom button. Tried full screen and partial screen and it still
gets pushed off the bottom of the page. Windows 7. 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Can you post a screenshot where it goes off? Thanks.

It is the bottom 1/8" regardless of full screen or not. So you can click on the third unit button but you cannot read what the button says...ready, refit, or reserve.

Is the DPI for windows set to something other then 100% (default)?

Perhaps 125% or 150%?

That would make the text bigger in the game, but not the graphics so the words may appear elsewhere.

150%...set it to 125% and it works. But now I'm squinting to read this!

I keep my DPI at 100%. There are other ways to increase text size without using DPI. My browser I have zoom at 180%. In game there is a file you can change to increase font size. It has the completely unintuitive name of WitwFontConfig.txt

It's in the Dat folder.

I play on a 2560 x 1440 screen, and have a second monitor at 1920 x 1080 for browsing and game manuals and maps and wiki links to aircraft names so I know what the 'ell I am trying to fly.
