Game Freeze Event of Bataan

I keep getting locked in start of Bataan playing as Japan, it freezes on Event after mission and before the Briefing of Bataan? Deleted old saved files, tried to restart game and load auto saved end turn, have even started the whole Campaign over from Pearl and same issues third time now. It always fires right after PH adn between Bataan Event
