Sandbox Campaign-Attachments

I have a stack of units split off from Napoleon using the full sandbox campaign OOB. I want to have 3 "wings" with mixed artillery, infantry and cavalry. How do I go about attaching units to someone other than Napoleon himself?

Napoleon is the army and side commander - the other commanders can only control corps, not wings. It is the same on the allied side but because there are two armies (british and prussians) they can subdivide more easily.
