Are you sure you unpacked the images into the right Folder?

If you have the Command game installed in the default location, the DB3000 images should be placed here:
"C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Images\DB3000"

The CWDB images should be placed here:

"C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Images\CWDB"

Similarly, the description files should be placed in

"C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Descriptions\DB3000" and "C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Descriptions\CWDB"

Unless you have a steam edition...then it will be like above but in your steam/steamapps/common directory...but it sounds like you generally know where the directory is.
