Cancel amphibious and paradrop planning

Post by Darojax »

Sorry if I missed this in the manual, but is there any way to reset/cancel the Amphibious and Paratrooper preparation hex? Thankful for assistance.

Target like you do initially and select the new target hex. It WILL cost you (half?) your prep points when you make the change, so keep that in mind.

Thanks, but what I meant is if I want to cancel all preparation? So it doesn't prepare at all? Thanks again for help.

There's no downside to prepping, so no real need to cancel, and there is an upside to having something prepped because if you ever decide to start prepping for real, you will start with some prep points already accumulated after your reduction for changing hexes. Just move off an airbase or port and you'll lose your targets (immediately for the airborne, the next logistics phase for amphib).

Alright, being an administrative perfectionist I felt there must be a cancel preparation button. :) Thanks for rectifying and explanation.

cheers!

P.S. Absolutely fantastic game, best strategy game I've ever played.

Thanks very much for the positive feedback. Sometimes we get lost in dealing with all the things we can improve on so it's great to hear from people enjoying the game.
