Missing Ship "Outline"

I recently reinstalled Distant Worlds and updated to the latest patch. However I can no longer see the ship/base "outline": the hexagon for space ports, the triangle for military ships, etc. I also have Unleashed Extended II installed.

(Unfortunatly I can't post a pic to show exacly what I mean but I hope I described it well)

Try pressing D

That didn't work, pressing D multiple times makes the colony "outline" and name appear and disappear but doesn't make the ship "outline" appear.

I just tested and it seems it's a problem with the mod.
