Ice level: where to check it ???

I seem to remember that you have to keep the cursor over to hex and tells you the level.

It appears in the rollover next to the river hexside direction. Something like:

Minor River: E(1) NW (1)

This indicates ice level 1 in hexsides to the east and northwest.
All understanding comes after the fact.
