CS:ME UnitViewer

UnitViewer was updated with some latest addition/bug cleaning, no change in functionality from game's release version.
Utility is compatibile with JTCS and CS:ME, shoudl work fine for all games so far.

The latest version is included in the game, but is accessable through the game (F3, I believe).

Thank you Arkady! We are sure to include this in the eventual CS:ME 1.01

Jason: this is a new 2.1.1 version now that the game is out. The one shipping with the install is 2.1.0.

Everyone: Unit Viewer's dropped the JT prefix from its name too. If you'd like to have the new version be launched in-game too, until CS:ME 1.01 is out, you'd need to

[*] rename the CS_UnitViewer.exe to JTCS_UnitViewer.exe
[*] place it in games /tools/JTCS_UnitViewer folder as such
