The CS:Middle East box art was chosen only once we had already delivered the game files to M/S for the final installer and finishing touches. Therefore, there was no chance to include any of it in the game. I liked one of the earlier mock-ups especially, although it was not chosen as Operation Blue Bat is not included in the game.
What the mod does it replaces the traditional armored plate front end menu look the CS titles have with this:

Download, Unzip, and place the "Box Art UI" folder into your /mods folder, in my installation:
[font="Courier New"]C:\Matrix Games\Campaign Series Middle East\mods[/font]
Then, enable using JSGME
