In the Logistics Phase Event Log - Factory Damage Iam getting photo reports of Velikie Luki, is that normal?
A sign of the future?

Velikie Luki translates as 'Great' Luki, but it shouldn't be enough to show it in the WITW photo report. Do you have a save prior the the event?

Yes, Saw it on turn 17 here is turn 16 which has it too. You need a turn without VL. I was getting reports of even the normal places that I had not recon, from the start.

Here is the last turn (t5) without VL. I was getting places not being recon, saw it and placed it on mental hold.
