Upgradeable ANZAC and Allied Units

Fans of the old Panzer General series rejoice for the release of Panzer Corps. Upgradeable ANZAC and Allied Units

Seems you can buy them in scenarios, but not in the campaign. I would like Allied Corps to allow you to buy and upgrade ANZAC and similar units. It's kind of cool to have a tough Australian infantry unit or that French or Polish Armored division, etc... Ghurkas who get a close combat bonus!

Allied General allowed for this. Absolutely zero reason to not have this in Allied Corps.
