the new version is ready, it is delayed because matrix games are busy.

The delay is on our side - with the big Spiel convention going on, we didn't have the bandwidth with remaining staff to get everything done and out this week.

Yes you would need to have bought the game. I would keep circling at present and maintain that holding pattern. No landing slot yet but work continues on building the runway. [;)]

The WITE Public Beta was first in line, also delayed because of the convention crunch. It's been in the production queue for a couple of weeks - not sure how that becomes months? In any case, that was released today. We are now expecting a new WIF Beta build from Steve tomorrow and with a bit of luck we'll have it tested and ready for release before the weekend.

Well from this post it looked like the WitE 8.05 beta was ready back in July but due to vacations was delayed to Sept. Which then got delayed to Oct. So this is where I got 'months' from [:)]
