Moving Screen

Whenever I load any scenario the screen immediately becomes in motion as if I am moving to a sector. I haven't figured out how to stop it.
WITE is a good addiction with no cure.

Maybe try things like, swap mouse, disable mouse, disable touchpad and try mouse...

That is, try to check if your pointer device is guilty. A new driver for it and such, maybe?
