Downloads EIGHT HOURS

So downloading the new Modern Command patch 1.09. 3.6 gigs and EIGHT HOURS, over my 18MB conncection! Should take maybe thirty minutes if that long.

What gives? Even stopped and started again to see if I could get a better connect. Then test my connection on Speakeasy and solid 18+. This is old dialup speed stuff.

And kinda hard to figure out why a program that is NOT graphical AT ALL only calculations based on tables would have to have such HUGE patches bu then I don't claim to be a game programmer.

local network issue maybe, as i've done a bit today and was very fast as normal, 150mb connection from the UK. so could be time, new games come out, amount of users using, or local routing issue in your area, either way it's not the sites fault or everyone else would be saying the same thing, so it's only you atm, that's why i guessed local issue etc, but still understand your point as well, so sorry for that, but not a lot anyone can do either.
