Yes Ive tried DCB on Linuxmint 17.2 and it doesn't run, neither does Caseblue. The DC engine is .Net based I think, and the necessary versions of .Net wont install or run correctly with Wine.
So once I win the Lottery I'm going to have to fund Vic to get some Linux compatibility. [:D]

Update. Wine 1.7.55 and Wineskin 2.6.2 on Mac OS 10.10.4. Installed .Net 4.5 using winetricks.
Game installed and intro plays. Then I get this error. Any help/suggestions?

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I have seen this error before on old XP and Vista systems. There it was fixed by installing framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 or 3.

best wishes,
Vic

Tx Vic, If somebody gives it a go, the forums warn that installing framework 2 or 3 may delete mscoree.ddl, which is required. So better save it somewhere. I have not tried yet though.
