BCP Not Showing

Using the Steam version, the BCP (Start, weather) doesn't show above the BC.

Jim, something in your screen resolution has shifted a bit and now that panel is on the Game tab at the upper right. What is your screen set to?

I have it at 1366x768. Will try different res.
