Battle and operations report improvement request

To reduce boredom and tedium of playing the game it would be very helpful if there was a button for
combat report and operational activities for each base that had activity on the base screen and highlight
those bases on the map so that we can spot them easily.

This way we could easily see and look up the battle and operational activities appropriate for that base.
Right now, going through the battle report is quite tedious. Not to mention the operation activities report
which is outright boring.

I would like to have option to write additional informations in the combat report. I think they could be available via some debugger mode - like:
CA Nachi hits CA Luisville with 20cm type 4 - belt armor penetration hit - damage dealt 4 system, 8 fire, 2 engine damage
Cpt. Clark A. of 312nd BS/3rd BG hits DD Akigumo with 1000lbs GP bomb - deck penetration hit - damage deallt 22 system, 14 fire, 10 engine
