I see an NKVD daily intel report that says:

TOP SECRET: German plan known to be das Schwein 24

What does that mean? Can't find any reference to it in the manual and there is no tool tip. Thanks.

i think it means the plans of attack have been found and shown / known etc, but not 100% sure of it either

but goggle says plan 21 was a battle plan?

so for a guess so was 24?
