Italian 8th Army

I just completed turn 63 in campaign game and still the Italians are frozen. We are using latest beta update. I have seen where this issue has been identified but don't know when the fix will occur. At this rate, the Italians will surrender before I can even deploy them.

Fix will come in next patch, it will work even for on-going games. Obviously it will not give back the turns they spent frozen though.
