newbie here with question: new units

newbie here with question: new units

how do I add new arrival units, who are attached to O.K.H., to existing Army commands.

I have units 98, 96, 294, 94 among others and I can't figure out how to add them to existing Armies.

click on unit, see panel screen right, click on HQ caption, see available choices, choose... or something like that

By the way, attach them to army corps, much better than armies
