SU 107mm Heavy Mortar

Post by 56ajax »

The campaign starts with no units equipped with the 107 mm mortar and 40 in the pool. By turn 4 there is one unit equipped with 12 (100% TOE) and 130 in the pool.

Why does the system/AI build these when there is no demand for them. Is it historical? (like the Axis printing maps of Stalingrad in 1945)

I think this mortar is desired by the mountain division TOE and the game builds some for those units. However I was discovered that the game builds some elements too eagerly and that will be toned down in next patch.

OK, ends 12/41 now; units should swap to available 120mm Mortar afterwards if they require replacements.

I liked the piece , because it used 1 ton of ammo per tube as oposed to 1,75tons for 120 mm .

with this swap it is basicly the same as [439] 42c Mortar Regiment.
