Range circles

Hi, how can I know the exact meaning of each circle on the map ? Some are white, some reds. How do I know who they belong to ? Is it a weapon range ? a radar range ? etc.

Read the manual or add and remove from the map menu will indicate what is what

Delivery was a little short but he's not wrong at all about how to approach learning the game. You could use the search function of the forum as well.
