how many escort sorties for fighter pilots during the day?

Playing as attacker I can't know how much fatigue of my bf-109 pilots raises during the day, so I don't know how many escort missions I can order to my fighter pilots.

if they starts their work day at 6 AM, I suppose they'll can't keep flying all day without really long breaks until 6 PM, otherwise they'll fly the last sorties with a really high fatigue.

how much time a bf-109 pilot need to rest after a sortie to get again on escorting bombers without high fatigue?

it seems to me a fighter pilot can do not more than 3 escort sorties a day, and 3 only if first starts around 6 AM, third around 7 PM, and second at middle of first and third

You can track sigle pilot of single JG selecting Campaign Summary -> Show OoB in the middle of the turn.

It's clunky, as usual, but you can do it if you want.
