How to get back to the regular screen from the full map mode?

I think this is really annoying... I go to the view full map mode (main map at window size) -- great, no problem.. But when I want to go back to the regular screen to show all the side-bars, mini-maps etc, there is no easy option to get back there. I have to save the game, exit and open the game again. there must be a better way.

the F8 key toggles the full map on and off. You can also uncheck the Full Map from the View menu as well. Let me know if that is not working for you.

Can you tell me how to get the map to spread across the entire screen, and then to switch over to a standardized set-up? from now on when I do "main map at window size" the map is really small, the opposite of what I wanted. Last time I had that large map set-up across the entire screen, nothing I could do to change it was available other then getting out of the game. Seems a bit buggish. But otherwise what a fine game it is -- if only it had naval units!

Sorry, I was talking about the wrong view option. I will check it out this evening and let you know what is going on. If it's bugged we will fix it for the pending 2.0.11 update.
