Anyone else able to find this fellow on the Commander's Report?

He starts out in charge, but for some reason doesn't list like everyone else.

Likely an issue with start date as this is set to 5/43. He was commanding Fliegerführer Afrika (later renamed Fliegerkorps Tunis) from 30th August 42.
