Limited Ammo Shortage during FSB relocation

On the turn that the FSB relocation option was chosen, there was a legit Limited Ammo Shortage in AGS for PG1.

However, the next turn, during the FSB relocation, the message and penalty repeated.

This seems most unreasonable since there are plenty of trucks available for PG general supply and ammo during this time. [:(]

Also, the tool tip is a bit misleading since it only mentions having 100 truck columns available for inf and arty, whereas this shortage is for the PG Supply and ammo.

During an FSB relocation it's assumed that the majority of available truck columns will be assisting in the relocation. It's a big job.

The ammo shortages are triggered by the lack of dedicated truck columns for these purposes (it can happen once the number drops below 90, from memory) and is independent of any FSB movements.

I'll take a look at the tool tip.

I'm fine with only changing the tool tip, but this doesn't seem to stand up logically.

During an ordinary FSB relocation, while there are asterisks in the truck column, the PGs still receive their general supply and ammo, so all the trucks are not being used for relocation. This implies that resupplying the PGs during an ordinary FSB relocation takes priority. IMHO, to re-apply a penalty for a minor truck shortage from the previous turn, that was transitory to boot as after the new FSB is established there is no longer a shortage, is not supported by your argument.

All in all, lesson learned.

There's a bit of a logical disconnect there as you've highlighted.

The truck columns dedicated to Army and PG supply (vs. fuel deliveries) do continue during an FSB relocation.

Making that distinction in the Truck column report is a little tricky however.
