Hi tbone,

Nope. Frequency hasn't changed only the extent of the heavy rain has been toned down.

It'll vary with each play through as it's based on actual climatic data. July is a very wet month.

I lose a lot of Readiness when I move units on double-railed roads. Aren't those supposed to be sealed, considered paved, and thus free from mud effects?

Hi Drakken,

Readiness loss for movement is tied into the AP expended. Doesn't matter if you're using the AP to double time up the good roads or plow through mud. For an equivalent expenditure of AP you'd probably get a lot further on the roads, distance wise, but the readiness drop would be the same.

Cheers,
Cameron
