Bug - Russian Army Theatre Violation

Hello,

I am playing through the game from the Russian perspective, in August 1941 when 40th Army arrives as reinforcements. Upon arrival, this army begins being identified as having theatre violations? I have no idea how to get ride of the theatre violations? As this army came as reinforcements I think it is a bug. If someone could message me, I will email the game file.
