Leader Text Files For General Biographies?

I'm in the process of adding a couple of generals to the game that have been overlooked (Joshua Chamberlain and others). But I can't seem to find where leader text files are located so I can give them a biography. Does anyone know where they can be found?

All such texts should be found in the '..\CivilWarII\CW2\Settings\LocalStrings_CW2.csv' file, but you shouldn't have to edit that file to add your own leader texts.

You can also add your own file, but it must be in the same CSV format, and it must follow the 'LocalStrings_CW2.csv' file in an alphabetical sorting order. EG. 'LocalStrings_CW2_MyLeaders.csv'will follow 'LocalStrings_CW2.csv', because their names are identical until the end of the original file's name (before the DOT), and the name of the custom file is longer, so it sorts behind the original.

You can use a free open source applications such as 'OpenOffice Calc' or 'LibreOffice Calc' to edit CSV files, but you must insure that you always save in CSV format. When you save a pop-up will ask you this.

When you open a CSV file the app will ask you what separator options to use. Select only Semicolon and leave the text delimiter blank.
