I confirm for the Peace with Austria.
I click on the card, the message pop up on the rapport screen, but nothing happened in the game.
For info, I play with the last version, beta patched.

For some the events, there will be further improvements in the next beta patch, I'm thinking of the Duchy of Warsaw here, for others it might be necessary to post a saved game for the 'historical events' crew to inspect, in the 'Help Improve WON' subforum at Ageod.
