Daugavpils vs Dunaburg

Hi

In the official 1.02g version, the issue reported previously, of mismatch between city map names and city names in decisions is still present:

- Daugavpils (on map) vs Dunaburg (on pre-turn decision to select rail conversion route for AGN)
- Kaunas (on map) vs Kaunus (on the same decision)

Hi Franciscus,

It's taking a while to ferret out all the incorrect names.

The map is one the list but is waiting till I take a pass through the graphics.
