Is Installer Bugged ?

Guys no matter how many times i download installer it seems to be corrupted.When i looked at it it seems it always downloads slighly smaller than its supposed to.
So could someone help me with that ? im essentially
asking you to allow me to download the installer from different site so i can confirm if its really in that download or between keyboard and chair, i have the key so this shouldnt be problem.
