interest in Lithuanian-Latvia war Scenario

here is the map I would like either to make myself or someone help. I'm just learning this map editor and well lets just say I'm still learning. This scenario would take place in 1933-38 with possible interventions from the Soviet Union, Germany or Poland.

I talked some to Lion of Judah, and he seems now to want to do another project than this. I told him (as is my impression) that there would be some trouble if he wanted to include more than 2 regimes... The idea however of a small conflict between two neighboring states is rather interesting... Maybe a more simplified version could be made
