My mind is blank. Can not figure what "TEM Bonus"
means. Mind comes up blank for meaning of TEM.

I assume "Terrain Effect Modifier", The cover a piece of terrain gives you

Terrain Effect Modifier...

That shows what the terrain bonus is going to provide you. Different terrain gives the defender different bonuses to provide cover against attacks.
