Supply consumption - save, scenario files

My supply consumption scenario testing sandbox. This is in case anyone wants to look a little further and see what is going on based on the supply consumption threads in the main forum.

Save game coming next.

The save game file - save 91. No reason to install the scenario, you can just open this file and see if any conditions are missing. It is a zip, but, with only one file inside of it.
