Having a Campaign?

Example: Starting out as a Sargent, commanding a single squad.
Having to move up in rank based on performance. Imagine; You controlling one squad while the AI (out ranking you) controls the rest of the (your) units...great for hotseat (multiplayer) game!!!

Involving high command (demoting/promoting) throughout the Campaign.
