I also have a problem with clicks on the OOB screen. When I click or double click on a counter in the OOB tab nothing seems to happen. I can't expand the OOB or double click to select the HQ. The list on the left hand side is selectable, it's just the counters that seem to be affected. I have also noticed that the Land, Navy and Air tick boxes disappear when I scroll leaving only the Non-Frontline Units tickbox. Reinstalling hasn't fixed the problem. I also tried verifying local content which reinstalled 3 game files (2.4MB). Is there an easy way of finding out which game files they are? The game works on my laptop and Warsaw to Paris works perfectly on this machine.
I posted on the Steam forum but have seen that you prefer issues posted here.
The navy, air, frontline buttons shouldnt have been there in the first place.
As for the other issue. The mouse over text means the following:
IF YOU CLICK UNIT
-it is selected on the map window and in the bottom window
IF YOU CLICK HQ
-it unfolds any OOB below it.
IF YOU CLICK AGAIN ON THE HQ (the double click)
-it is selected on the map window and in the bottom window
It does thus not mean that you can double click a regular unit in the OOB window to select its HQ. sorry if this is misleading.
@kowloon,
sorry to hear your having problems.
just after opening the tab you see 2 counters in top (OKH and HC) when you click on OKH it does not make appear AGS,AGN,AGC in the row below it?
the unfolding of the OOB thing is only suposed to work when you have OOB selected in the list to the left.
Best wishes,
Vic

I'm not allowed post links or photos. Double or singles clicking the counters in the OOB produces no effect. Just like your example, the tree doesn't expand when you click OKH. It works as intended on my laptop.
Just tested the Steam and non-Steam versions of the game and the double-click is working as designed.
In my Steam version the Steam overlay is turned on, but Virtual Reality is not enabled.
I didn't run a test to see if the VR settings are interfering with the program.
If Kowloon is using the Steam version he should turn the VR setting off and verify the integrity of his game cache. If he is not using the Steam version he should uninstall, make a clean install, and patch to the latest version.
I have a mouse that has its own software but I have disabled the software and swapped to a generic office mouse and nothing has changed. I have three monitors each running at 1080. DC1 runs without fault on the same machine which is a few years old at this stage. Still running win7.
What are the specs on your computer and what operating system does it run on? Any programs running in the background? And are you using the Steam or the non-Steam version?
Steam version of the game running on Win7. i7 930, 12GB RAM, R9 200 series GPU, 3x Dell P2311H Monitors, Microsoft Natural Keyboard, Logitech G502 Mouse and a random assortment of drives.
Could be due to multi-monitor setup there. In fact I am almost sure it is. I have solved some issues with other types of setups, but might have inadvertently created some others. Did you already try running Barbarossa in the monitor most to the left?
As an experiment you could try to run Barbarossa in windowed mode.
Open the windows.txt in notepad to switch windowed_mode=off to windowed_mode=on

Sorry if I'm not being the sharpest tool in the shed here, which .txt document am I changing and where is it? Does it matter which monitor is set as the primary in windows, currently it's the centre.
As far as I know it's just the one tab. I can't find a windows.txt in the directory containing Barbrrossa.exe , a search has thrown up nothing in the entire steamapp folder. Is it possible the absence of this file is the issue? Can I force windowed mode? -window, -w anything like that?

Absence of this file cannot be the issue. Your search is correct. It seems that the steam update didn't get this config file included.
Did you try running Barbarossa on the left most of your 3 monitors?
