Some axis reinforcements not listed

The 18th, 19th and 20th romanian infantry divisions (4th romanian army) are not listed in the axis reinforcements briefing.
They arrive in november.

Hi Gribeauval,

These are part of a group of extra reinforcements that only arrive if you're playing the German AI.

They aren't listed as they aren't part of the normal historical schedule.

The AI needs a certain minimum number of units to handle it's front calculations and we found that adding a small number of extra divisions made it a lot more effective overall (Germans), especially down south where the front expands so quickly.

As a meat ball player you're expected to be a bit smarter and have manage without a bunch of bonus Romanians.

I have got these reinforcements as german player against russian AI.
(the program has perhaps understood that I needed some help against the very good AI[:)])
