Lack of detail in emails

Lack of detail in emails

When I get a marketing email from Matrix Games, it doesn't include some of the details I expect. For example I get emails from "Matrix Games Ltd", including an address in Epsom. Companies House lists an address in Cobham for a "Private limited Company", which would appear to be needed on the emails, along with other details:
