Northern Inferno Issue

I have the most recent version (1.11) and build. Whenever I open a scenario or the campaign game from a recent Northern Inferno purchase, I cannot read the scenario description and get the following in place of where the scenario description would be:

This page can’t be displayed
Make sure the web address is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes

I could not find any other references in the forums to this issue. Has anyone encountered this and if so does anyone have a fix? Tks in advance
