I am an old member. I haven't played the game in over 7 years.

I need help!

First: I need to know where to download the game (new computer)

Second: I need to know where the latest patch is. Also does the latest patch bring you up to date or do you have to download others.

Just open a tech support ticket or contact http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will provide you with new download links.

then for patches use the auto patch feature in game,

If you have the original version. So you'll need to update it from the Internet.
Please note that you'll only need the last update, as the updates are comprehensive.

but don't include beta patches, where a manual download would be needed and is always mentioned on the forum or game page link

I don't have the order details - to long ago - so I will have to buy the game again. I don't mind. Please point me in the direction to do that.

Also I understand that the patches are comprehensive - thanks to you. I have Windows 8 which doesn't make it ez to get to explore your apps! So I will need to know how to install an official updated patch. Is there a zip program needed?

just give them as much details as you can, forum name, email address then at least they can check something for you, as the serial will be in your account hopefully if registered
