Air unit upgraded, but not all...

This is an odd one. I have a CV in port (damaged) at PM, there to bring flooding under control. In the meantime, I transferred the F4F-3s to the base to provide CAP. Suddenly, the CV has the parent fragment upgraded to F4F-4s -- with NO a/c in the fragment -- but the contingent moved to the base is still F4F-3s. To make matters worse, the '3 contingent keeps moving back to the CV, leaving two groups of the same squadron with different models of a/c on the CV.
