Minor things

In the last version of the game,
- the tooltip doesn't appear when the mouse pointer pass on the R button ("rout tool")
- the text mentionning the lumberyard terrain (under the picture of the hexagon in the right part of the screen) can't be readen : the letters are too close to each other.
