DHL Express only???? Really?

Hi,

I just ordered Scourge of War Quatre Bras digital with disk version. Why is DHL Express the only delivery option? The delivery costs more than the game, and this for an item which is currently listed as 'out of stock' so presumably won't be sent by return.

As a long standing customer it leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth to be ripped off by your postage options to be honest.....

It's August now. After charging me the cost of the Quatre Bras expansion for an expedited delivery I didn't want, you have failed to deliver for over 8 weeks.

What's going on?

Majick, did you put a support ticket in? You will probably get a response much quicker and I believe they will require it in order to make it right by you.
