Sandbox scenario provides only cavalry?

Here's the scenario

single player
sandbox
choosing napoleon as the army commander
OOB = Waterloo Campaign ALL brigades

size= ARMY VS ARMY
BALANCE FORCES = CHECKED
BATTLE TYPE DEFEND (OR ANY OTHER)

THE ONLY thing you get is cavalry.

what am I missing? Does not ALL BRIGADES MEAN ALL BRIGADES, CAVALRY, INFANTRY, ARTILLERY?

Have tried this several times and I stand corrected, seems to only provide just the cav brigades when the battle type is defend.

Defence or attack sandbox type returns always a corps vs corps battle also if you select army, because the initial deployment distances for this kind of battle will risk to overlap the two forces with full armies deployed. For the french, which has 4 corps of cavalry is very frequent to have in this case only cavalry, but is casual, just done now a test and I have the 1st infantry corps as force.
