Updated Submitted threads

I have updated the top post of the "Submitted Maps", Submitted Play Aids and Misc files" and "Submitted Mods" Threads so they contain links to respective items listed. I will take on the "Submitted Scenario" thread as well adding links but thought that I could perhaps do more like divide them into theater or Front etc. Do you have any preference or suggestions of how you would like the submitted scenario list to look like?

Personally, I sort them on this end into 3 categories... ASL, SL, Other (I do add notation to each as to Battle Location (Country) & Year, but do not sort them on that basis).
