How to start a PBEM Game

How to start a PBEM Game

Having a hard time figuring this out. I have a player who just bought the game and wants to play me, where do I find the procedure? Thanks

By the way - it looks like this game doesn't have the challenge in game back and forth pbem like dc3 and case blue?

I still can't figure out how to play an opponent through the email? How come they don't have the in game server program like dc3 and case blue? Those are much easier, any help on this is appreciated?
