[Solved]Saved games not in folder/unable to open.

Playing Black Tiger scenarios and I am unable to see any of my saves from within the game interface. However, the save is viewable through in file explorer. Thanks in advance.

My suspicion is that yjr save game is in another folder...I know it sounds obvious. Do a search on the drive with the file name or the .sav extension.

I can see the .sav and .scen files in the folder through explorer. However, they are not appearing when in the game interface.

Did you click the saved games tab in the Load dialogue screen for loading a savegame-file (*.save), instead of leaving it in the default scenario-tab and thus filtering on *.scen files?!

I did. None of the .save files are appearing anywhere within the game interface.

I'll say it again...you might have two Command folders...search your computer for save files.

In the Load Scenario window in the game there is a Scenario and Savegame tab. Have you selected the right one?

As guys says, Load window contains two tabs:
- first "Scenarios" for all scenarios files (*.scen)

and second "Saved games" for saved game files (*.save). Try to click on second tab and you should see your save files.

Thanks for the feedback. It is appreciated. I am able to find the .save files in Windows Explorer. Tried several different scenarios and after saving, none of the .save files appear under the SAVED GAMES tab in the game interface. I have searched my computer for another loaded version of the game, but can't find one. My loaded version of the game was loaded using STEAM. The only place on my computer that I see the game is under the MATRIX GAMES.

Figured it out...the executable files/folders for the game are INDEED in the steam folder, as were the proper save folders. Thanks for the guidance.
