Strategic Command new beta build - slight delay

Hello all

I'm sorry but there has been a slight delay with the next beta build as we wanted to iron out a couple of last glitches
arising from some of the changes made.

However, we are aiming for it to be ready by the end of the week so you should have it in time for the weekend.

Looking forward to it. I've been compiling a lot of information based on the old build but had not posted them yet. I think I will wait until the new build it out before writing up a lengthy report.
