1.07 missing scenario name on menu

Hmm... thanks for the report and this is odd as I am unable to repeat this... anyone else having this issue?

One thing it might be is a missing font from your installation... can you try navigating to your SC installation folder and then going to the Fonts folder?

After that right click on the OratorStd.otf file and select 'Install'

Let me know if that resolves it for you,

Mine was like that in 1.06, also.

I tried installing OratorStd.otf and it's still the same.

After right clicking and installing the font, can you close the game (if it was open) and restart it?

I was able to repeat the issue of the text not being displayed by removing the font from my system, and then after installing the font and relaunching the game the text then showed as expected.

Hubert is correct. I've applied this fix during an earlier beta, and i have had the text from the start.

Edit: I remember adding 2 fonts though. Not only this one. [:)]

This did not work for me either. I tried exiting the game, installing the font, then restarting the game. I tried being in the game, alt-tabbing to the desktop, installing the font, quitting the game, restarting the game. Neither helps.

The installation bar for OratorStd.otf popped up, but the progress bar never moved. It stayed up like this saying "installing", for about a minute and then disappeared. I went into game and nothing changed. It did not appear to me that it actually installed during this process.

Sounds like it might be an installation issue with this font, do you happen to have Administrator rights on your computer or are you logged in as an Administrator?

Same here, I don't see the names either. All this time I thought their absence was part of the beta.

I when in and installed the fonts and now they show up. I see the 1939 campaign and the rest read "empty."

It's odd. I do have the campaign name text, but not the Multiplayer title.

Edit: I've found the bug. You need to install the HaginCapsMedium.otf font from the same directory.

Just to be sure install all 3 of the fonts.

I also had this issue and installed, per the instructions in the Fonts folder and it was resolved.
